Obviously DD should be the one to get booted but as long as Brière is out Prust and Moen will be on the fourth line. Let's all hope he's getting traded before the return of the injured players.

Bourque-Plekanec-Gionta
Pacioretty-Eller-Gallagher
Galchenyuk-Briere-Bournival
Prust-Desharnais-Moen

These lines are probably not accurate, but I think Desharnais is the odd man out.

I think Briere with 2 big wingers can turn out to be a pretty effective goal scoring line. The EGG line will soon start scoring again once we have a 3rd line capable of scoring. That will make us a very hard team to compete against. Bournival emergence on pleks line has turned our number 1 shutdown line into a constant scoring threat and Gio seems be playing alot better since his kid got better and with Bournival's energy.
I really hope we get to see this team completely healthy for a few games.

Isn't this like the third concussion in a year and a half for Brière? Guy might not be back so soon, if at all.

Briere would probably harm us in the playoffs, but at least the people thinking that his career playoff performance is meaningful would be given an educational lesson.

Or indeed any hockey team.

It's a game where huge men fly around on skates hitting each other, there will always be injuries.

Anyway, DD should be the odd man out.

This.

The entire team healthy for more than 2 - 3 consecutive games is unlikely.

Desharnais or Briere.

Desharnais can't score, Briere has no effort. Couldn't care less who sits between them at this point.

Pacioretty - Eller - Gallagher
Bournival - Plekanec - Gionta
Galchenyuk - Desharnais/Briere - Bourque
Prust - White - Moen
Parros, Desharnais/Briere

Markov - Emelin
Subban - Gorges
Murray - Diaz
Bouillon

Price
Budaj

Leblanc and Holland have both played extremely well so far in my opinion, but there just won't be room.

I like my setup better
Galchenyuk Eller Gallagher ... don't mess with what works
Bournival Plekanec Gionta ... don't mess with what works
Pacioretty Desharnais Prust... Desharnais needs big wingers to get going.against big teams
Pacioretty Desharnais Briere... against smaller fast teams
Moen White Parros... against BIG teams

Subban /Markov
Gorges / Emelin
Diaz / Murray
Bouillion / Tinordi ... soon to be Beaulieu / Tinordi

SO against BIG teams Prust Moen White Parros Murray even Tinordi
Call ups Leblanc Blundin for now.
I love Prust but the way he plays all out he gets injured sometimes Habs need him in the playoffs for sure so he gets a rest against smaller teams.

Of course all things change when players are injured.
Bourque will be inserted as soon as MB makes a trade and I am sure theirs one coming.

Your setup's missing #17. Fix that.

Obviously, Leblanc will be sent back down when this happens, but what about Bournival? If he keeps producing you cannot possibly remove him off the Plekanec line.

Leblanc.

I thnk Bournival is here to stay. On the TOp-9. Most accurately, on the first line.

Patches will never play on a 3rd line. Forget it right now.
