Joe Johnson could break down guys with the best of them in his prime. He probably has my favorite OAT ainkle breaker.



Kemba Walker has some of the best handles in the league and is very underrated as a player overall. Not many causal fans know of him.




The problem with best handles discussion is technical dribbling vs actually being able to do something with a dribble against NBA players. Jamal Crawford might be the best technical dribbler with the fanciest moves I have seen but he's nowhere near the level of player say an Allen Iverson is. Iverson had the quick move combined with his elite quickness and lateral agility, he could get by defenders at will.

Agreed. Casual fans say Conley is underrated. He's not. Real fans know him. Kemba is.
