Tarkenton is a good choice. Probably the best QB of the 70s. But regarding the postseason, Vikings couldn't win a Super Bowl. AFC was the better conference of the 70s (Steelers, Raiders, Dolphins). Manning at #1 is fair tho, my opinion.

Tomlinson had the top single season, Faulk had 3 or 4 of the highest scores. The guys on the list are great but most of them also played forever allowing them to compile those numbers
And it looks like the stat wasn't available/used prior to 1960
Jim Brown compiled 122 in the 6 seasons that it it was tabulated, missing out on his first 3 seasons prior to 1960 which would probably be close to another 60 pts.
