Lets all message them to have a pop-up when you go to espn.com that flashes in bright lights going "TRUST US: WJC BETWEEN RUSSIA AND CANADA ON ESPN AT 8PM EST ON JANUARY 04, 2004". I think that would calm many of our concerns down.

I hope everyone has their drafts ready to send ESPN some hate mail if the WJC Final is not on tonight. It wouldnt be so bad had I not seen with my own eyes that it said "8PM ESPN WJC GAME". I was not expecting to see it, now I am expecting to see it.

If we all hurry, we can buy a 51% share of Disney, oust ABC's president, and then have the janitorial staff at ESPN in Bristol flip the switch to the WJC.

Now, who all has a few extra billion dollars lying around?

ESPN shows it in Israel?
For ESPN to show here in latin America you'd pretty much have to kidnap one of the announcers or go to Bristol with a Bazooka.

Well, it's 8:18 EST right now...and ESPN is airing a preview of TILT, followed by Classic Boxing. On ESPN2 is a ****** countdown, followed by an NBA highlight show.

My guess as to what you all saw about the WJC was what would have been on assuming USA had won their game. They lost, but ESPN was slow to change the programming lineup.
