That board no longer exists, and for years it was the ONLY message board for Jets fans out there.

I could never understand the hate-on for Jetsowner or DF around here. I frequented both HF and JO for a long time, and while "Jetties" were being mocked and eye-rolled at over here, Jetsowner was a sanctuary where people could speak positively about the prospects of the Jets returning.

The sheer amount of inside info that was revealed on that site way way way before anywhere else was incredible.

On the other hand, the Jetsowner forum attracted plenty of crazies, and the (only one or two) mods had a lighter touch than the mods around here. The result was lots of crazy threads and random speculation.

Obviously, JO or Ford wasn't the reason the Jets came back, but they are the face of the fans that never lost hope. I'm glad they made it into the documentary.

More on topic, I can't wait to see it. That trailer got me pumped.
