2015 may prove to be better. 2006 was a rather strong draft, however. It's too early too tell.

Toews, Backstrom, Kessel, Giroux, J Staal, Lucic, Marchand, Okposo, Brassard, Little and others were drafted in 2006.

McDavid,Eichel,Marner, Werenski, Hanifin,Provorov,Aho, Rantanen is a good start
