I actually agree with this in terms of constructing the most dangerous 3 lines, but I think part of the sell on Tavares was playing with Nylander/Marner, so I don't know that you can do it.

If the Kadri line is struggling, I can definitely see it being tried by the Babs. If Tavares clicks with Johnson and Kappy, you can pretty much forget matchup strategies by other teams, they can't.

As long as Matthews and Marner are on the same power play I'm happy.

My concern there is that you likely end up with Tavares getting less ice time than Kadri. That just doesn't make sense. If Kadri is supposed to be the match-up center than we should use him like one. All this goes out the window of course based on chemistry.
