I would have him at either #2 or #3. Personally I believe that Chychrun is the better defenseman and brings better intangibles as well.
If Kitchener has the option to take Day at #2, I think they're probably going in that direction as they already have a strong young core of forwards and it would be really tough to pass up on Day, even with the ability to take Mascherin.
