Where To Find Individual On-Ice Shorthanded Goals Against Before 08?

Behindthenet and the other advanced stats sites have 5 v 4 goals against from the 07-08 season and onward, but I need individual SHGA figures from 1998-on for a project I'm working on. I can't treat them randomly as a ratio of PP time played because total team TOI only started being tracked in like 2002.

Any sources, or am I going to have to crawl boxscores?

I searched hockey reference by year and was able to pull up individual numbers for SHG's
