He will be a poor man's Nicklas Backstrom who will struggle a bit on the defensive side of the puck. A smart playmaker, who will be Chicago's 2C for the foreseeable future. I see him as a consistent 60+ point player, with the pontential to reach 70, especially if him and Debrincat can find chemistry. Alot of people think this deal favours Arizona, but I think this is a huge win for the Hawks. The got a middle 6 centre and winger, and I'm sorry but Nick Schmalz isn't going to go to the desert and save that offense. Good on the Hawks.

When the going gets tough, Strome disappears.

I say 35-50 but the tiers should really be 30-39, 40-49, etc. I think he will be a 45-50 point player, with a season or two at 55-60 points. Kind of like a Derek Stepan.

Last 2 years he's paced for a tad under 30 points. So the way the poll is set up I'll say 50-65.

He's been really productive everywhere he has played but the NHL....maybe he lacks the ice time to make an impact and pushes for 50 points in a couple years.

Prior to this year he was about a 55 point player. I can see Strome topping out at that.
