Born and raised in the amazing city of Montreal.

Except for our roads and obnoxious hockey fans, it's awesome living here.

Staten Island! Can't vote though :p

I've heard that Staten Island has a lot of Devils fans actually, and it does make sense.. Certainly a heck of a lot cheaper and easier to get to our games! My buddy teaches on Staten Island and said about 1/3rd of the high school is Devils fans.. Says the Devils fans there are all typically younger (as is the case in Jersey) but definitely a large following and more passionate in general..

I've always wondered how NY-based Devils fans feel about all of the New Jersey marketing.. I mean, folks from NJ have no problem supporting NY teams so it shouldn't be a big deal but still

I don't mind it at all. I actually like that the Devils have really tried to sell the Jersey brand.

I wonder what RBNY is going to do with NYCFC entering the MLS next season. They'll no longer be New York's team.

I have family that lives in Staten Island and have spent quite a lot of time there over the years, of course the Rangers are king but there is a very large contingent of Devil fans there.

I'm from Worcester, Ma (central MA). Became a fan when i was 6 and opened a pack of cards and got a Chris Terreri rookie card. Weird I know but stuck with it since then.

New Jersey(No Fanz!)
Since we're talking about Bergen County, there was a car that caught on fire outside of Macys at the GSP. Tires exploded and people thought it was a gunshot so everyone scrambled.

Actually, this thread is more about saying where you're from.

What you said should be put in the TaN.

Horrible story, though. Hope everyone was okay.

Staten Island definitely has a nice amount of Devils fans. The reason the Devils fans are so passionate around here are because for the most part, they're the ones that actually watch hockey, whereas half of the Rangers fans just say they're Rangers fans because they're in New York. That's a reason I like that it's a Jersey team, less bandwagon fans and more passionate fans.

We also have the occasional Islanders fan that's passionate for the game too :nopity:

My mom grew up on SI and said the Isles contingent was much bigger back in the day obviously due to the dynasty, obviously as the Devils got better the fan base grew. Prob also helps for SI Devils fans that it takes about a third of the time to get to the Rock compared to MSG

Don't think there were any injuries.

I know quite a few SI Devils fans, always good to have fans from all over the area.

I'm originally from Sullivan County NY, the "borscht belt", then Poughkeepsie and now Kingston, NY. I think I am the only Devils fan in the area. Mostly Rangers and Penguins here.
