But as a captain Saku has other duties than to score goals. His defensive game is becoming better and better for every season.

Last time I checked there were more than 800 Tuomas in sweden as it is the fifth most common name amongst finns living in sweden

I think he'll be considerably better than Koivu and that's no insult to Saku.

Also, Daniel Sedin, supposedly a "bust", scored 54 points last season. At the same age, and with the same team, Näslund scored only 41 (1997). Now I understand you can't judge who's better on points alone, but isn't Näslund supposed to be the all-offense one.

I think he'll be considerably better than Koivu and that's no insult to Saku.

He probably will but I still think Saks has better vision, playmaking skills. If he wasn't so saddled by injuries and other on-ice duties, then he'd be known as that "damn feeder" by other teams.
