This is IIHF competition and that is a hit to the head. That is elbowing, charging, hit to the head, you name it. It's kinda amusing announcers were trying to make the case for a minor penalty for so long.

Indeed. They couldn't find the intensity from the past two games, maybe the legs were a little tired already. Norway did have a rest day after all. Gotta win one of the remaining games.
