Anze Kopitar or Andrej Meszaros and Scott Hartnell
Rather an eclectic mix of players no?
Meszaros and Hartnell. Not knowing anything very much about Kopitar except for the standard hearsay, I still know this: Hartnell is a hard-nosed NHL regular. Meszaros looks like a good bet to be a top-4 NHL defenseman. Kopitar, however much raw talent he has (and it sounds like he has a lot) still has much more risk, plus he's just one player carrying that risk burden by himself. At this early prospect stage, I'd take Hartnell and Meszaros. Five years from now I might regret it, of course.
As much as I love Kopitar I think I'd take Hartnell who's a really solid young NHL'er and Meszaros who's got the potential to be a really good defenseman.
Very, Very easy choice on my part.
Definitely Hartnell and Meszaros. Hartnell is a future captain, 25 goal type of player, let alone already a young NHL'er, whos still improving. Meszaros comes off a tremendous season in the WHL and if he can put together another solid season, he might be close to being a top 30 prospect in the NHL.
Meszaros and Hartnell
But since you're getting BOTH Scott and Mes, I'd take them..
