Not sure about the others but unless Ottawa sells team to a new owner all their UFA’s will be gone. At least I’d be surprised if they stay.

Realistically I can't see Chicago grabbing Panarin without finding somebody to take Seabrook's contract. That's gonna be a high price.

Realistically I can't see Chicago grabbing Panarin without finding somebody to take Seabrook's contract. That's gonna be a high price.
I think they'll figure out a way to make it work for a year, and then pray that the next CBA will have at least one amnesty buy-out. Although, that plan is predicated on the September 2019 opt-out being triggered the CBA expiring in summer of 2020.
