Montreal I could see them moving down. With only 5 picks they could use some more.

Some teams picking between 25-30 could move down if they miss out on some of their targets

This is one of the strongest draft classes in around 20 years.
Not many teams will be willing to move back unless overpayment or missed targets.
For one, I think Benning and the Canucks are wanting to move UP, not down.

Perhaps the Flames would if we were to get an extra 2nd out of it.

However, it would be a lot more beneficial if we moved up.

Avs fans definitely see it as a possibility we could move down. If their favorite larger forwards are gone at 10 they could look at it. They aren't likely just to take whoever is left at 10 and could really use a couple more 1/2 round picks.

Canes have mentioned to local media that they have discussed it. Don't think they're willing to go back more than a few spots and only for an overpayment-type scenario.
