What movies have a photo cover that didn't happen in the film? It can't be a drawing, painting, or headshot. It has to be a photo cover of something that didn't happen in the movie.

The poster for the original I Spit on Your Grave features Demi Moore, who isn't in the movie. She wasn't even an actress yet, just a model hired to pose for the poster, probably because it was cheaper and easier than getting the movie's lead actress.
