Simple question I was thinking about the other day. Can be any League in the world.

Ligue 1 is a talent factory, and people talk about it like it's absolute ****. If they kept even half the players they sell each summer, a few of the squads in that league would be amongst the best in Europe.

Yup. Said exactly what I was going to say.
Same
I agree. People act as if the league is worse than the League of Wales when it's really not that bad at all. There are a handfull of elite leagues in the world, but after that you have quite a bunch of leagues grouped together at the next level and to me MLS is at that tier.
I’d say around 10. You got the obvious top 5 then they’re probably in the lower part of the next group of the Dutch league, Belgium, Portugal, Russia, MLS.Where is MLS in the grand scheme of leagues? 15th in the world? Higher or Lower?
Dutch league, Belgium, Portugal, Russia, MLS.
The Championship
I think I would put Brazil and Mexico in there slightly ahead of MLS. But I fully expect the MLS to be the league of the western hemisphere by 10 years from now.
Also I would put the Championship up there as well.
You'd also have to throw the Argentina super liga. As long as MLS can't produce their own talent it will be nothing. By talent I mean actual good players that can thrive in Europe.
Probably the EPL.
We're seeing all these clubs abroad desperate for young talented English youth products within the past 3 years. It's never really happened before until recently.
Despite even making the final 4 in a World Cup with all EPL players, a lot of their best get underrated. Raheem Sterling is the best forward in the Premier League. Kane is the best striker in the world.
And most recently, we had 2 English European cup finals. The past 2 years in particular English teams have been amazing best on best.
It's the best and most exciting league and none of the other leagues are close IMO.
