What is the current status of the Flames Lease?

When watching the Canucks-Flames game last night, I rememered that the Flames lease at the Saddledome is/has expiring/expired this year but obviously they're playing.

Though a new building is still a ways away, I have not been able to find anything if the lease was renewed and term or if the team is on a year to year basis now.

Anyone know?
