What is the correlation between regular season series winner and playoff winner?

I am trying to find statistics that show how often the winner of the regular season series wins a playoff series versus the same opponent, hopefully sorted by season series results (2-1, 3-0, 3-1, 4-0, etc.) I am struggling to find these stats anywhere on the web. If somebody knows where to find this information, I would appreciate the help.

I think this was done in 2007 or 2008. The team that wins the season series (3 or more games) wins the playoff matchup something like 68% of the time. But I am sure that number is lower with more post-lockout years.
