What happened to Martin Kariya?

Not sure if this is the right forum or not, but I was just curious: What happened to Martin Kariya, the third Kariya brother? I was just browsing HockeydB and I noticed that he hasn't played since the 2003-04 season.

He played in the Asian Hockey League, (not sure if it says that on HockeyDB) for a team in Japan if I recall. Not sure what he's done since though.

He`s playing in Norway with Stjernen. Kariya is to good for our league and will probably head abroad to either Sweden, Germany or Switzerland after the playoffs.
