what can i do?

maybe you guys can help me out... I live in Burbank, California and I cant get NHL CENTER ice on my local cable provider, Charter, because they said only about 200 people have asked for it.... 200 people sounds like a lot to me...is there anyone else that has been in a similar situation that can help me out? I already tried to get a dish but I live in an apartment thats facing the wrong way or whatever...what can I do to get Center Ice?

(4) move to a location that has a cable company that carries it
