The theme from the movie 'Six Pack'. My father took me to see that movie when I was a kid and I liked that song ever since. It was one of the first things I thought of when I heard Kenny Rogers passed away.

Pretty good song but there's something truly awful about the sound recording of it despite it being from 2006. It's a distortion or static on the vocals and guitars like you're listening to a low quality radio recording (and it's on every mp3 of the song I could find):
