Marner refitalized his year last year. Now has much worse wingers and Kadri can’t carry a line. Not a shutdown C either.

Even if he dips in points, he is being paid 4.5 million. So no big deal.

Oh...and he is on pace for 42 points right now. If he had 1 more point, he would be in pace for 51....just off the 55 from last year.

Pretty much yes.

Hes got more of a checking role now. There is only so much scoring opportunity to share.

I said burns and karlsson would both see a reduction in points this year too. 60 pointsish.

Hes scored 60 points from the third line before but that's with Babcock rolling three lines evenly. He went do that as much with one of the strongest one two punches in the league.

My guess is Kari scored 40 to 50 points. 20ish goals.

His normal level is about 30 goals 60 points, when not strictly in a checking role.
