well i think they've pretty officially stated they will have a draft if they get a CBA done.

Wont be a draft till there is a CBA. If there is a CBA in time for the coming season to start on time i suspect the draft will be help before they get back onto the ice.

A CBA has to get finished first but there will be a draft in my opinion. The NHL will not risk messing around with Crosby and his agent.
