Lines will be interesting

next 7 days

San Jose
then onto the Ducks on the 23th and Kings on 25th

this could be our season if we do not go at least 2-1

and it goes without saying a 0-3 road trip--

pinks slips go out for GM and Coach

Does it though? We just lost what, 7 of 8 games after making the playoffs once in 4 years?

And these are the 3 games that break the camel's back?

Anyone know the play by play crew for tonight, I suspect Sportsnet, reading the mood of Oilers fans, is going to stick Remenda front and center.

Extremely butthurt that teams we used to Duke it out for top pick I.e Buffalo, Montreal, Toronto... Have all turned the corner this year. And here we are - massive holes everywhere except our top two players...

3 - 0 oilers tonight baby!!!

I don't think he's wrong, these games - even this single game, is huge. The Oilers have a 50% chance of making the playoffs right now, these next few games probably swing that 15%.

And, selfishly, I want them to at least be in the hunt for a wild card spot as long as possible. Last season being hopeless so early was a huge bummer, missed out on a lot of what-could-have-been entertaining hockey games.

Tonight is the night folks! SJ will take this opportunity to put a nail in the old coaches coffin. TM gone within 24 hours which goes against all the insider information. (i.e. he aint going anywhere until the end of season depending on where we end up.)

Maybe we're just being nice and giving McLellan a lift home.

Boys probably come out strong and probably win this one for the new coach.

One game doesn’t make a season though.

3rd winningnest coach in NHL history and from the area. I'm on board but a coach can only take this shitty roster so far
