We don't know. He apparently received a hit at some point in the game, although he stayed in and played and eventually scored the GWG. He went for x-rays after the game, which were apparently negative.

Tough spot to lose him, a right handed shot, with Barrie already on the shelf.

It would be fantastic for us if Mironov could actually play up to an NHL level. Having another physical defender would be great. Hopefully they play him on the right side, that's where he usually played in the KHL wasn't it?

He can't keep the play alive though. His immiedite reaction when he gets a puck is to somehow get rid of it. Continuously killing plays. Plus EJ is on the top PP unit with Barrie down. You can't have that much dumb on the one unit. Give them somebody who keeps the play moving so that Mack can work his magic.
