Got 4 days off before a Western Canada road trip. Hopefully we can get back on track after a loss (and maybe find a bit of secondary scoring.)

I'll say OTL and W against the Canucks.

Two back-to-backs with a four day break in-between? Whoever did the schedule sucks monkey balls.

I'll take it since people said the team looked tired against Minny

Yeah. Especially MacKinnon IMO. To me it looked like he stepped on the ice, had one burst and then went quickly back to the bench long before his linemates did.

This week they have enough time to finally practice PP. Over and over and over again till we have more than just one move. We are looking good 5on5 and on the PK, but with a man advantage - jeez, that is still hard to watch.

Brutal schedule. Back to back then four days off, then back to back then four days off again.

    Nothing.

Both are... concussed... out with no timetable. Zero information available.

Hoping one of Jost or JT magically appear back on Thursday given the long break

Gotta be a weird situation with Jost and JT being roomies and they're both concussed. Probably pretty quiet around their house.

I haven't liked Greer's game when he has been in the NHL but he appears to be playing well with the Eagles. Hopefully he can show something this time.

According to AJ, Calvert is practicing with PP1. Not sure why

  20. I understand he works hard but why not Soderberg and then put Nieto a guy who can somewhat score on the PP2.

:O didn’t expect that. Why no Jost or Kerfoot?

Jost is hurt, and has been useless on PP1 all season. He just stands there and no one passes to him. I would have gone with Kerfoot or Kamanev personally.

Jesus Christ Andrighetto is such a band aid.

Secondary scoring is an issue when we’re fully healthy. Ghetto, Jost and Compher now being hurt makes it reallllly bad. I’d love to see a small trade.

The sooner the Ghetto experiment ends and they get a legit middle 6 winger the better.

But his play at the Worlds!

If the Avs make a trade, I'd much rather they spend the assets on a center.
