ESPN said last night VA Tech's loss(according to some ranking) was the biggest upset in college of the last ten years.

Might've been the biggest since Virginia Tech lost at home to James Madison 5 days after losing that close game to Boise in Washington, back when nobody would play Boise and needed that kind of win.
That was the year Boise lost to Nevada on Black Friday, which was the first time I had seen Colin Kaepernick play, and Virginia Tech still won the ACC.
