It's amazing that USC is going to win this game by 14, what with all the momentum that Arizona had that Rod Gilmore would not shut up about.

Nice to see Penn State lose. So much for hanging 30 on those clowns.

Oh look the best coach in the B1G who has insanely ridiculous close game good luck wins another big game.

Fixed.

Seriously, Dantonio's close game luck is comical. He seems to have a lucky horseshoe in close games. And in bad weather, they get literally every freaking break their way.

For a guy who has fewer national championships than Gene Chizik and Larry Coker, he sure as hell gets a lot of praise even though he's never won the big one and got waxed 38-0 the only time he's ever made the playoff. Best coach in the conference? Until he wins a national title, it's still Urban Meyer.

Dantonio is the luckiest coach in college football.

Miami will lose next week though watch lol
They very well might, but they got over the 1st hurdle to being truly "back", and that's going to the ACC title game. (barring something bizarre happening in the last 3 weeks) And as an aside......it was great to see Fowler & Herby embracing The Turnover Chain along with the continuing graphic called "Tunrover Chain Recipient" (of course having U alum "The Bear" in the truck added even that much more). The Swag is back minus all the other nonsense that people hated on the U for.

Next week.......Catholic Vs Convicts....prime time......in a de-facto playoff elimination game........a throwback to the great Canes/Irish games of the 80's and early 90's :yo:

Pretty embarrassing yesterday, defense was pure trash and Urban reverted back to only giving Dobbins/Weber a combined 11 carries.

Give Dantonio Ohio State and Michigan resources.

You're probably right with these rankings but I can't see how any 2 loss team should be ahead of UCF. Ohio State has been blown out twice and their best win, PSU is ranked around UCF's in Memphis. USC has 1 bad loss and 1 ok loss, their best win isn't as good as UCF. Aurburn has the best case of the 3 as they have 2 close loses and their best win is the best of the 3. At least UCF is moving up and if they win the AAC they should jump any non conference champion.

No Big Ten in the playoff this year!

Pretty impressed with Miami. They should definitely jump up a bit.

Your saying it like it’s confirmed. And the pac 12 probably won’t have a playoff berth either and pac 12 could be the best conference in the nation this year.

Because those two loss teams don't play in the AAC. Its not hard to figure out.

If more losses happen and ucf stays unbeaten and looks good doing so there’s really no reason to keep them out. They would probably get destroyed but a 2 almost 3 loss team would as well

Admittedly I did overlook Wisconsin who could be there. It won’t be Ohio State or Penn State though unless major shenanigans happen which makes me happy.

You are right though. It’s not confirmed.

The AAC might not have any heavyweights but Memphis, USF, UCF and Houston are as good as most P5 leagues 2nd or 3rd best on a given year. They have some really bad teams too but the power leagues do too. UCF has to play USF, Navy, Memphis and SMU that's on par with Wisconsin's 4 best or Washington's 4 best.

You were kind of on the money with UCF, 12th in coaches and 14th in AP so 13th average. Well see if the committee moves them up this week. Tough road win but weren't at their best so didn't look as impressive.

Conference road games against decent teams (SMU is decent in my opinion) aren't gimmes. Survive and advance, I guess.

Yeah it was definitely nervy for sure. SMU were better than I thought, especially on defense. Their only loses are to us, TCU and Houston two top 15 teams and Houston is dangerous when on their game. We'll see if the committee thinks the same way.

Ohio State is entirely too high. They got absolutely smoked by Iowa

Put Army in the top 25 already!!! First time Air Force was shut out since 1992 and first home shutout since 1982.
