Bottom line......it is the season defining game for The U. They can afford to lose to Notre Dame & still win the ACC, but a loss to Va Tech will be very damaging to their ACC title hopes.

Why isn't Bedlam on FOX? That makes zero sense to me.

I'm surprised that it isn't at Miami. At least ESPN/ABC has that game.

They may be holding out to go to Miami next week when Notre Dame comes to town, should both win this week. Also, Miami is not a good setting with the stadium 15 miles from campus & not many good on-campus settings for them to use.

Oh I totally agree, I just don't know where they could actually build it. The few times Gameday was on location at the old Orange Bowl, it was not too bad because it was closer to campus & easier for locals to get to. Playing at Hard Rock makes it hard logistically.......its too early in the day to bus the students up there & there is no way locals will go. South Beach would be as bad as the MLB All-Star Parade looked in Downtown Miami. I think they need to find somewhere on campus to do it.......there is an intramural field behind the freshmen dorm towers that I think could be a decent location

Provided Auburn and UGA both win this weekend, I doubt gameday is there. CBS will likely pick that as their 3:30 game over Bama/Mississippi State.

I'm going to the Washington/Oregon game, and wondering if I can get some advice on "approaching" tailgates. I've walked through the parking lot at Husky Stadium many times before, but just watched, and never tried talking to anyone. Planning to grab a case of beer before walking through in hopes of exchanging for food. I know there are some Canadians down there so I'll look for Canadian flags and go from there.
