Hoping I can get some recommendations for some stats websites here, I know there are a few out there and was hoping to cut down on the time sifting through them if one of you may have a recommendation off hand.
We are comparing number of years spent in the minors vs points per season.
The assignment is to look for correlation between two things and provide either stats or surveys, and the associated charts, ect...
I am hoping to find a website that functions more like a database and allow you to search based on a variety of fields?
My initial feeling is that I want to pick players (probably limit it to forwards or some smaller category) who have been in the NHL for x number of years (3? 5? any suggestion here?), record their average points per year, then look up how many years from when they were drafted to when they had a consistent spot in the NHL.
