  1. The guy is awesome. Great vision, great work ethic, and looks noticeable and dangerous every shift. We need to find a way to keep him on the roster.

    DaCosta, Hoffman, O'Brien

    Pick one and only one.

I really don't know which has the greatest chance of being claimed. They're all good though.

I pick Da Costa. I don't see the others as having long term potential to stay with the Sens.

Calm down guys. It just preseason. A couple of preseason games does not mean Da Costa can replace Spezza.

Is there any way around running one of Da Costa or HOffman through waivers? What if we put Pageau in Bingo till we get an injury/can make a trade?

If it's a choice between Da Costa or the Hoff, I'd keep Da Costa. Tough call though.

I don't think Crosby makes Spezza expandable.

Same here. Hoffman'll be on the Sens before Da Costa ever is.

Omark cleared because he had a god-awful camp.

It seems like there is some kind of bias against SDC

I'm sure if he was from Ottawa region like Pageau, people would be drooling about him. But I guess bias is natural for the human being

Da Costa AINEC IMO. We don't really need O'Brien as much as we have many guys who can his job and better. We have a much better version of him in Zack Smith. Hoffman is cool but there's a chance he wouldn't get picked up on waivers.

Da Costa would be picked up 100%. You don't let go talent like that for nothing or even a "late pick" like many have been saying the last few weeks. That's ridiculous and I'm ready to eat crow about it

And just as I am typing this and watching the game delayed, I see that booming shot by Da Costa in the middle of the 2nd. Violent shot the commentator said. Nice save by Budaj

Came here to post the same thing... DaCosta has looked really impressive and he is ready now. It'll be a real shame to lose a player of his caliber.
