Silovs is an unknown. He did well, against Nashville's offense. He's about to enter a trial by fire. Oilers have more gifted players and will force the Nucks into taking penalties. After Silovs gets his net filled on the PK a few times we'll see how his confidence holds up
That really depends on which officials show up and whether they actually bother to enforce the rules, or “let them play” only to call a random soft penalty at a crucial time of the game.

In all seriousness, the Oilers are clearly the favourites here but they also carry the weight of expectation. And I think they leave far more space to exploit than Nashville did.

You're a stat checker who doesn't watch the games. If it wasn't for Saros Vancouver wins this in 4, 5 at most. They dominated all but 2 periods the entire series.
I'm sure Silov and the Canucks will shut down arguably the most potent offensive team in the playoffs based on their play against arguably the worst offensive team of the playoffs.

Oilers in 5. Much like the first round, they will be too much for the Nucks to contain.
Special teams would be huge. Oilers will likely not have the same success so will need to be better at ES.

One thing we can all agree on…

There will be a Canadian team in the WCF.

Welp all the pressure is on the Canucks , but this gonna be wild.
I don't understand this point of view at all.

It was probably 50/50 if the Canucks would be a bubble team before the season. They're playing with house money.

Edmonton is/was contenders before the season. Their own players were saying cup or bust. Pressure is all on Edmonton.
