Honestly, this is probably the short term smart call. If the Oilers can explode on the scene and build a strong lead they might be able to not doubleshift McDrai.

But that assumes they'd be able to maintain their lead and aren't going to fold if a soft goal is allowed.

Let me show you what the powerhouse Oilers had in the same period of time

Garon, Deslauriers, Khabibulin, Dubnyk, Scrivens, Bryz, Fasth, Talbot, Brossoit, Gustavsson, Smith, Koskinen, Skinner.

We are basically the Coyotoes goalie dumping ground.

Previous to these were Mike Morrison , Ty Conklin, and Jussi Markkenen.

I want a Canadian team to win. Ideally , I hope the Oilers get blown out in the next 2 games. So the Canucks can advance.

Then this will force the Oilers to acquire a true #1 goaltender. And buy out Nurse and or Campbell. And just go aggressive

Not me. Going to be a tough series as I said from the beginning and far from over.
I think a lot of Oiler fans, not you, underestimated the Canucks and were predicting an easy series.

Leafs issues every playoffs is that their stars' can't score.

They should put all of Matthews Marner Nylander Tavares Rielly McDavid Draisaitl Nurse Bouchard on the same team, that would solve all their issues.
