I disagree that Cousins should sit. I think his board work and speed are important to that 3rd line. He does a lot of the dirty work, but good lord he is terrible when it comes time for him to make a play with the puck.

I don't think it's a huge upgrade, but Stephenson could replace his speed & play on the 3rd line with Nosek back as 4C. Cousins just doesn't seem to do much of anything...but who am I to quibble with success.

I do think Chandler would make the 3rd line better, but I definitely don't want Cousins playing center with his decision making. I just think Cousins/Stephenson in the lineup is more of a net positive than Stephenson/Nosek.

Whitecloud hasn't taken a shift since getting hurt. If he misses any games going forward we're in some serious trouble on D. I think you'd have to go Merrill-Holden, shelter the shit out of them and up the top 4's ice time by a couple minutes each.
