*In the last four games of the season, Edmonton's second line of RNH, Lucic and Eberle combined for 10 goals.
*Connor McDavid has four goals and four assists in five games against the Sharks.
*He had a two-point night in four of the five meetings.
*San Jose won the first two games of the season series, 3-2 at home in OT and 5-3 in Edmonton before the Oilers answered back with 4-1, 3-2 and 4-2 wins.
*Edmonton's power play is three-for-18 in the four games. The Sharks are one-for-16.
*Edmonton is 32-14-4 since Dececember 17th.
*The Sharks closed out the season with four wins in their last 13 games.
*Both Logan Couture (face) and Joe Thornton (knee) who missed the stretch drive with injuries have been practising hard and are expected to be in the lineup for Game 1, but head coach Peter DeBoer says it will be a game-day decision.
Defensive pairings are still unknown as are the Sharks' lineup for now but it sounds like Thornton might not play in this game.

Yes. He's playing. Maroon and Caggiula may switch lines as the game proceeds. They did so in the last game against Vancouver and it worked out pretty well. Really depends if the Sharks try and get too physical with McDavid.
