Still they can both play better than today, especially Forsberg. Funny how much respect the americans/canadians show against NHLers opposite to non-NHLers on the powerplay. You don´t see that when Sweden play other nations packed with NHLers.


I still think he sucks, but he wasn´t as horrible as the last game (QF).

You know what we say about the Blind bird and finding the seeds.

Far from great refs but they could have been worse, and traditionally they are MUCH worse than today.

It still dont change the fact that i truly HATE North American refs with a passion

Well, I finally got to watch this game in full and I was impressed by both squads. Sweden played extremely well at both ends of the ice and deserved the victory, but I can't say enough about how hard working the U.S. team was and almost pulled out another miracle. If the U.S. team at the World Cup works this hard, we'll be in great shape. Kudos to the guys that showed up, and a few deserve consideration for the World Cup team.
