I think Lorde had a second album that I don't think I've heard, and since then I have zero idea. Her first album had me thinking she was very promising.

Yes I am circling back to "Born to Run" again. That album is like Joshua Tree. Even if you hate the rest of either bands work, if you don't like those two albums then your soul is broken and needs to be healed.

My favorite wedding memory is the cake cutting. "I'd Do Anything For Love" was the cake cutting song. I selected this exclusively for the three other friends who are fans of The Loaf. I scanned the crowd and sure enough, each of the three was reacting in their own way to it. It was satisfying. They all had to come praise us for Loafing up the wedding.

The conversation during the planning stage was basically:

Me: "I can pick Meat Loaf as a wedding song, right?"

Beefette: "Well, it's our only chance to play Meat Loaf at our wedding so I think we've got to do it."
