Best band I have ever seen live (and I mean... that is from 100s... was at maybe ~75 gigs a year in my late teens).

So many cool covers here.

Also their guitarist Niklas Almqvist is one of the better hockey players who is a professional musician... played until he was ~15-16 or so at a decent level from what I have heard.

It was too blatantly sell outish and poppy for my taste that's all.

If their next project is more like their latest single I'll be ecstatic

A mostly forgotten gem of a song. More importantly, he worked with Aimee Mann (who became his wife) on her excellent album "I'm With Stupid."

I haven't heard much solo Aimee Mann but I love this shit out of Til Tuesday.

The final Til Tuesday album was definitely showing the route Aimee wanted her music to head. When I first discovered it I listened to it all freaking summer. It's a perfect album for lounging and relaxing.
