I hope Vrana puts in the work and effort. Not because of tonight's game. But because of the playoffs and his play during them.

The 2 game benching might have been necessary or might not have been necessary. But there is a pattern of Vrana being a no show in the postseason that we've all rehashed over and over. I would rather have that dealt with now than in the playoffs. If it doesn't work and he's sulking like he did last playoffs where he completely became invisible after the Game 2 benching, at least we will know now about it now and make the decision on his impending free agency easier. And if he actually takes the benching to heart and takes another step forward with his play, even better.
