Was there a league memo to call more overtime penalties?

It feels like I’ve seen way fewer shootouts this year and a whole lot more games ending on overtime PP goals. Does someone have access to the numbers that shows how many games have gone to OT, how many have ended in OT, how many were by PP goal and how many games went to a shootout? I’m curious if my gut is totally wrong and I’m getting the wrong idea from just randomly peeking at boxscores.
