Fogarty may have been a good NHL D-Man maybe a great one. But he was not even close to ever being Bobby Orr. Think the next Al Iafrate not the next Bobby Orr.

I don't know about the Next Bobby Orr, but he could have been something amazing from what I've heard.

ESPN used to have a page that had a long long list of quotes from teammates, friends and family. (found it http://espn.go.com/magazine/vol5no20fogarty.html )His story is sad. Think Theo Fleury, but worse.

The most telling quote was this:
