Rules from last year;

The draft order is random. I'll get it from list randomizer at random.org and then there will be a 11 round snake draft. Each GM will choose six forwards, four defencemen, and one country.

Things to keep in mind for a fast draft;
-make a full/partial list and post it/send it to me/send it to another player
-check your pms and pm the next in line in the draft
