Vuvuzelas a thing of the past? or Trying to stop THE goal song

Just read this over on pucksandpitchforks. The two preseason games I went to the unofficial old goal song struggled to get going even with the help of some strong lungs in the upper bowl trying to replace the "intro". What's a fan to do?

The constant vuvuzela during games makes me wanna do violent things.

Like commit violent acts that I would never otherwise have any urge to do.

I can't stand that thing, it sounds even worse on TV. Especially when it starts playing RNR2.

I don't mind the RNR2. The drone of fart, killll, fart, killll on the PK for 2 minutes straight - that's violence inducing.

I actually like Howl so I don't mind if they keep the goal song. People need to get over RRP2. It's gone, deal with it.

The vuvuzelas, whatever. If it gets people into the game, I'm ok with it. I tend to tune most things out when I'm at the game anyway. I'm way too focused on the game to be mindful of what's going on around me.
