Must win game.
I’ll be at this one. I’m taking my boss and his son to their first ever hockey game.
I take full responsibility for the **** show this is sure to become.
I found it funny that Forslund was talking about San Jose's road trip (Nashville on Wednesday, then Carolina Friday, then all the way to Anaheim) and talking about what a journey it is.
All I could think about was "John, the Canes just got through with a similar one. Minnesota, then Winnipeg, then Tampa Bay."
just get a ****in' win
For some reason I felt like the Sharks own us. But we're apparently .500 against them all time. 11-8 at home. Lost both games against them last year. It's not as bad as I thought though.
My thought was the Raleigh to Anaheim trip also takes them about 90% of the way back home too.
Aaron Dell 62 save SO incoming.
It's hard to get exact "as the crow flies" numbers out of GMaps, but roughly:
Raleigh > MSP > Winnipeg > Tampa > Raleigh = 4250 miles
SJ > NSH > Raleigh > Anaheim > SJ = 5800 miles
"Dude you're getting a Dell"
Or were getting Delled.
Plugged it into a Great Circle Mapper for aviation:
RDU-MSP-YWG-TPA-RDU = 3183 nautical miles (3662.9 miles)
SJC-BNA-RDU-SNA-SJC = 4296 nautical miles (4943.75 miles)
Well look at you, Mr Fancy Pants.
The benefits (?) of being an aviation nerd? Although I'm losing my touch apparently. I had to look up what the airport codes were for Tampa, Nashville, John Wayne-Orange County and Norman Mineta-San Jose.
You're washed up.
Alas. Just like Jordan Staal and Justin Williams.
Like an 80s one hit wonder still doing shows at ****ty dive bars.
So YOU were the one following the flights to Quebec! I knew it was a Canes board insider.
Aaron Dell's in deep deep deep deep...snow.
I mean I do speak French and have a fleur-de-lis tattoo.
Phew, good thing I don't hang out with any Prince Valiant looking types, then.
So I'm to understand that they were married for some length of time and he'd never seen her shoulder?
She probably branded herself and staged the accident as an escape.
She insists for total darkness for the bare shoulder moments.
Most adaptations leave out that D'Artagnan uses that fact to impersonate Comte des Wardes in a nighttime rendezvous with her.
Look, man... *sigh*... she branded herself.
Separate names with a comma.
