I definitely think it is. Ebs was up by like 3000, and suddenly Giordano caught up. Then Eberle was up by like 12,000... And sure enough, it's back to even.

Maybe they are making it look like it's even so people don't skew the numbers by voting multiple times each. Then near the end they might add on the extra votes. People would have seen that their voting made no difference to the numbers so they would have voted only 1-2 times
