Last couple of days I have been watching the volleyball world championships. Yesterday the USA lost to Poland in the nail-biting semi-final.
I was surprised to find out that the USA doesn't even have a proper volleyball-league of their own but the players have to play in the European leagues but yet the USA is one of the top countries of the sport.
There is a lot of debate what sport is the second most popular spectator-sport in the world after soccer which reigns supreme and people often answer either basketball or volleyball.
However, in basketball there is the NBA, the world's toughest league while in volleyball there is nothing.
