Vladimir Tarasenko out with season ending shoulder surgery

They only have about 6 regular season games left before the playoffs.

The thread title says he's out with season ending surgery. That's not correct. The thread title should be corrected. Only being out a month, I would think that he could be able to play in part of the KHL playoffs if Sibir lasts long enough without him. He should still have a chance to play for Russian in the WC as well.

Not to be nitpicky but just to clarify, Tarasenko separated his shoulder, not dislocated his shoulder. Separation of the AC joint = separated shoulder. Separation of the glenohumeral (ball and socket) joint = dislocated shoulder.

I'm really glad it's only a month. That's nothing compared to what the other Blues players have suffered this year.
