I have been using a cage, but for some reason this cage messes with my view. I am planing to get a combo shield, but I do not know what is the best.

I want to know which is best for vision, durability, and fogging.

Any coments from those of you who have experience with these shields would be great.

If it makes any difference I play roller hockey outdoors in hot weather.

I use a cage as I found the the visors fogged up too much. You'll have to try them out (I don't have any recomedations, as I don't look at what I buy, just if it works).

You could look at a cage that has more space aound the eyes, that could help.

I'm using an Itech visor that would accomdate the lower cage, I think. I think I've got the model with the lower cage taken off...not sure. But what I've noticed is that you got to install the visor with a correct tilt or it wil mess with ur vision, other than that, it's ok. I used some liquid soap on my visor so it has not fogged up. Just smear it on let it dry and wipe it off..works great.
